Hatch mounted ladder
- For passenger or driver side
Original and re-inforced hinge
• Original hinge on the left, bent with repeated hatch opening (10-20 times daily) with 2 ladders mounted for several months
• 1/4 inch thick stainless steel re-inforces the hinges
• Stainless steel is 2-4 times stronger than regular steel
• These are an extra purchase, sold as a pair

• Showing the stress point which eventually causes bending if you have 2 ladders
• Right side; hatch struts attach to the ball joints
Raw metal hinges
• Both hinges after being welded
• The heat from welding damages the original paint
• These are (used) original hinges which were never deformed, after welding
Painted hinges 1
• Painted in dark gray metallic paint
• Could also be painted in aluminum (light) gray or gunmetal (mid) gray (both metallic) or matte black
• Metallic gray looks great
Painted hinges 2
• Could be powder coated in matte black if desired
