Top Hats

• 5 inch disks on bottom, 2 inch disks on top, made from 1/4 inch thick steel
• 2 inch wide risers are made from 1/8 inch thick steel tubing
• Bottom has 3/4 inch lip for holding Monroe spring seat
• Set of 2, for front shocks
• Fits ProComp PR2081 Tundra shocks, part of Titan swap for Xterra 2005-2015
• Fits other assemblies
• It's up to you to identify the height of needed top hats
• Top has 3 studs showing and a 1 3/8 inch top hat, measured from bottom of 5 inch disk to top of the small disk
• Included are top hats, locking nuts and washers
• Studs, nuts and washers are Grade 8 strength

Raw metal

• While sanding preps the metal for painting, because of the welds and recessed hole, sand blasting is the best prep, and is a part of powder coating
• TIG welded
• Available in powder coated black

Target setup

• Titan swap for Nissan Xterra 2005-2015
• 14 inch coils from Toyota FJ
• other setups will need a different tophat riser height, you would have to determine that

Other parts needed

• coils (610lb, 650lb, etc)
• ProComp Tundra shocks package contents shown below (they come with shocks)
• used here: Toyota OEM FJ Cruiser coils, 616lb, 14.1 inch, part 48131 - 35541
• Monroe spring isolator is available on Amazon

Assembly

• Bottom assembly with aluming and rubber seat come with Procomp shocks
• Top assembly shows the Monroe isolator, this top hat product, then rest of the assembly which came with Procomp shock

Installing

• Assemble and compress in Wall mounted spring compresion tool

Shipping times

• 2024-04-18: First batch included 6 sets
• 2024-06-27: Parts for 3 sets are already cut by laser, they need welding and powder coating (if desired)
• New orders need at least 1 week to build, and 1 week to powder coat
