2 panel Basic setup

• (Old main panel shown, new one has extra holes for 2 extra positions of right container, and 1 extra position of left container)
• L panel on top -- different (mirrored) for driver or passenger side
• main panel below -- can be used on either side
• 2 sets of 4 square holes on main panel are for mounting Rotopax mounts
• square slot holes can be used for temporary straps to tighten the cargo
• (not shown) 3x mounting brackets for top, 2x suction cups for bottom, 3/8 inch and 1/4 inch bolts, nuts and washers

• stonger resitance to scratches and abbrasion than paint, baked in at 400 degrees
• textured black, looks classy yet is offroad worthy, not much reflectance
• does not show dirt as much as car paint

1) Maxtrax panel (Type 1)

• optional, fits either driver or pasenger side -- driver side orientation shown
• here shown with Maxtrax mounting pins
• holes align with L panel holes
• use 6+ holes when attaching to L panel
• Maxtrax boards are 115cm by 33cm (45.3 by 13 inch), with mounting holes 89cm by 27cm (35.04 by 10.63 inch)

L panel mounted without Main panel

• top holes match treadboards/Maxtrax panel
• attach items using a variety of these 1/4 inch holes
• works with Lowrider rack; works with Slim rack

Mounting hardware

• Row 1) 3 round mounts to stock rails. The alternatives for other roof racks are 1) Uptop mounts, and 2) Gobi mounts
• -- 1/2 inch bolts with washers, locking nuts
• -- stainless steel 1/4 inch bolts, locking nuts
• Row 2) 4 bolts joining the 2 panels, wing panel and main panel
• -- stainless steel 1/4 inch bolts, lockin nuts
• Row 3) Suction cups which balance the bottom of the main panel
• -- spacers lift the back more than the front, for an aero position and matching Xterra contours better
