• Outside bracket mounts with bolts to skid plate (missing/loose bolts in the photo)
• The other set of holes (right side) is to fit Nissan Pathfinder or Xterra. The mounting brackets are different but that's all you would need to fit the same skid plate on Pathfinder or Xterra.
